Terms & Conditions

Service Etiquette


Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of your scheduled service. This will allow your provider to use the full length of your time and provide the best service possible.


If you are disrobing for services, please disrobe to a level that is comfortable for you. This can be discussed with a provider before your service. Please do not disrobe before your initial consultation is complete and the door is fully shut. Your provider will knock on the door before returning to the room to make sure you are fully covered before entering.

Please put all devices on silent and expect to be out of reach for the full length of your service. If you’re expecting an urgent call or message please let your service provider know ahead of time.


Privacy


As massage professionals, we maintain client confidentiality and adhere to our professional code of ethics. Your privacy is of paramount importance to us. We do not share information you have provided us with to anyone outside of the office including relatives or friends. 


Payments & Refunds


We accept credit card payments including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and UnionPay. We also accept cash, check or gift certificate. We also accept HSA or FSA cards, however, it is the clients responsibility to make sure massage is a covered modality under your plan.


Payment for services are due in full at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. A valid credit card/debit card must be on file in order to schedule services and may be used to process payments. 


We go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied with your service. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, we will work with you to correct the issue for future services. We do not offer discounts or refunds. Please communicate with your service provider during the service to avoid dissatisfaction.


Gift Certificates & Service Packages 


If you purchase a gift certificate, the full amount must be used within 12 months from date of purchase. After 12 months there will be a $10/mo service fee deducted from the total value of the gift certificate.


If you purchase a package of services, you must use your visits within 18 months or the package becomes void. Packages may be used by the purchaser. If using a package for a family member of the purchaser, this must be known and approved before the appointment date.


Skipped Appointments & Cancellations


A fee of 50% of your regular service price will be applied to accounts that are not cancelled/rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled service. The full service price will be applied to accounts that are not cancelled/rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service. We will charge the card on file automatically in these cases.


Sacred Grove does send out appointment reminders. Please keep in mind that reminders are a courtesy and not meant to prevent you from missing an appointment. Clients are responsible for their own schedule.


If you are going to be late for your appointment we must receive a phone call. If we are unable to contact you and you have not called within 15 minutes of your appointment start time, we will need to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service.


Illness


If you or a member of your family is ill, we respectfully request that you contact us to reschedule your service at your earliest opportunity. We acknowledge that no one chooses to get sick and therefore in cases of illness, the 48 hour cancellation fee may be waived. 


Valuables


Sacred Grove Body & Mind is not responsible for any valuables left in or around our office. Please leave valuables in a safe place while your service is performed.


Service Limitations


Although we believe the services we provide are beneficial, we are not licensed medical doctors and cannot guarantee our services will heal your body or change your health in any way. 


Price Increases


Sacred Grove Body & Mind reserves the right to adjust client rates at any time. You will be notified by email prior to any price increases.


Tips


Tips are a great way to show your therapist you enjoyed their service. You can leave a tip in cash or through our Square payment app. Tips are always appreciated but not required.
