SPA Yoga®
SPA Yoga® is a slow-flow, floor-based, whole-body sensory experience based on Fluid Yoga sequencing. By engaging all five of the senses with soft candlelight, soothing music, aromatherapy, lots of hands-on assists and a renewed awareness of taste (and sometimes chocolate!), SPA aligns practitioners with the inner wisdom of deep relaxation. The physical practice takes time to open the body’s subtle energy and prepares students to experience new depths of awareness in an extended, guided savasana or Yoga Nidra.
During SPA Yoga®, you may discover extra hands on assists and massages, a calming candle lit room atmosphere, delightful scents and beautiful music in the background. Be prepared to feel like you just walked out of a SPA!
HEALing Yoga
HEALing Yoga is a slow flow vinyasa; a mindful class with an emphasis on alignment and self-awareness. Built on the principles of Fluid Yoga, students will be guided with language to allow themselves to heal.
HEALing Yoga allows one to be aware and hear what their body is signaling, be able to interpret these signals mindfully, and be willing to change and approach oneself with loving-kindness. HEALing Yoga is an accessible practice for beginners, or students working with an injury.
Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is for all students or students who are new to yoga who are interested in a gentle practice. We begin the class with a brief centering followed by gentle stretching to warm up the body and moving to slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance and flexibility. This class will release tension, calm the nervous system, gain clearer thinking and even restore an overall sense of balance to the body, mind and soul. We end the class in Shavasana, meaning relaxation.
